DR. ANNY OLIVA
General Dentist

Dr. Oliva was born in Cuba, where she attended the School of Dentistry in Havana. After relocating to the United States, she validated her dental degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2015.

With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, Dr. Oliva began her professional journey in Jacksonville, Florida, where she practiced as an Associate Dentist for three years. In July 2018, she moved to South Florida, drawn by its warm climate and welcoming community. Soon after, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening her own dental practice, founded on the principles of excellence, compassion, and personalized patient care.

Dedicated to continuous learning and professional advancement, Dr. Oliva regularly completes advanced courses in implant dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and general dentistry. She has received extensive Smile Design training and is a certified Invisalign® provider for more than five years. Her strong emphasis on implant dentistry reflects her commitment to offering patients comprehensive, state-of-the-art treatment options designed to restore both function and aesthetics.

Dr. Oliva actively participates in national and international continuing education programs, including Implant Seminars, Orthodontic Seminars, and Cone Beam CT training. She is a proud and active member of the following professional organizations:

DR. DANIEL POZAICER

Born in Mexico City, Dr. Daniel Pozaicer has always demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and an enduring passion for learning. His educational path has taken him across the globe, with studies completed in Japan and the United States, enriching his cultural perspective and enhancing his clinical expertise.

With more than seven years of experience in aesthetic and family dentistry, Dr. Pozaicer is dedicated to providing comprehensive treatments that restore oral health while enhancing natural facial beauty. His approach integrates advanced dental care with modern aesthetic techniques to achieve results that are both functional and artistically balanced.

Dr. Pozaicer is highly trained in aesthetic facial procedures, including lip fillers, Botox®, and thread lifting, focusing on rejuvenating the face and neck to achieve a harmonious, youthful appearance. He believes that a beautiful smile framed by a healthy, refreshed face offers the most satisfying and confident result for both the patient and the practitioner.

Through his commitment to excellence, artistry, and patient care, Dr. Pozaicer continues to help patients look and feel their best—reflecting his passion for combining dental expertise with facial aesthetics in a truly comprehensive approach to beauty and wellness.

DR. TAMARA INSUA
DMD

Born in Cuba, Dr. Tamara Insua discovered her passion for dentistry early in life. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009 from the University of Havana, School of Dentistry, where she graduated as a General Dentist.

In 2013, Dr. Insua moved to the United States to continue advancing her education and professional career. She attended the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with the highest honors in 2022, a recognition of her exceptional academic achievement and dedication to clinical excellence.

From the beginning of her dental training, Dr. Insua developed a strong interest in endodontics (root canal therapy). Over the years, she has continued to refine her skills through advanced training, making her highly proficient in performing root canal treatments with precision, comfort, and care. Her goal is to help patients preserve their natural teeth while maintaining optimal oral health.

Dr. Insua is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and deep commitment to patient well-being. She believes in educating her patients and ensuring that every individual feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Insua enjoys spending quality time with her two children and her family, embracing the values of love, balance, and connection that she brings into her professional life every day.

DR PUJOL

Dr. Pujol is an extremely passionate dentist in her field of practice. She coursed dental studies in Cienfuegos, Cuba. Then, she moved to the U.S., where she completed numerous studies and developed the skill set required to become a well-versed professional. Before graduating from Nova Southeastern University College of Dentistry, she worked as a dental assistant for several years. Dr. Pujol likes to take care of patients of all ages and always listens to any concerns they might have. She is committed to finding the best available treatment for everybody and feels very gratifying when all her patients have an A Plus Smile.

During her time off she enjoys spending time with friends and family, arts and crafts, and making cooking creations!

ARELYS DIAZ
Dental Hygienist

Hi, I’m Arelys! I have been a proud member of the A+ Dental Team since November of 2020 with over 20 years of experience under my belt. I love working with patients of all ages, young to elderly. I find it is so rewarding to develop a rapport and have the opportunity to educate all my patients about how hygiene techniques affect their long-term oral health and greatly value of the relationships I’ve developed with my patients over the years, as they have become like family.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, and spending time with my daughter and family. I look forward to providing you reasons to smile!

Dr. Jordan Jones
Orthodontist

Dr. Jordan Jones offers a variety of services, including braces and clear aligner therapy to correct dental problems, such as crowding, spacing, crossbite, openbite, protruding teeth, jaw misalignment, and teeth that have erupted incorrectly or are ankylosed in the bone or congenitally missing.

Dr. Jordan Jones has earned his doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University in Washington D.C, in 2017. He also completed his advanced education specialty degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Howard University in 2019. Dr. Jones is passionate in mentoring and giving back to his community by offering free dental services, lectures, speaking on panels, and being a mentor and resource to the future generations of health care professionals.

In his leisure time away from saving smiles, Dr. Jones looks forwards to working out, coaching, mentoring the youth, traveling and trying new cultural cuisine, and spending time with family.
